APOC 583XL Armor-Base XL Advanced Adhesion Promoter & Bleed Blocker is a high performance primer for use with silicone coatings that prevents bleed-through over asphalt substrates and improves long term performance and coating durability. Formulated with X-CELERATOR™ Speed Cure Technology, 583XL dries 3-5 times faster and allows for application in cooler temperatures, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. It can also be used with Polyester Reinforcement creating additional system strength a 100% reinforced membrane and long term warranties that will withstand the test of time and provide added peace of mind.
