APOC® 124 X-Treme® Rubberized Wet Surface Cement is an all weather, professional grade SBS Modified Repair Cement. It is specially formulated for use in the rain and in cold temperatures. APOC® 124 provides superior adhesion to wet surfaces and even adheres under water. APOC® 124 is manufactured with select asphalt, SBS polymers, solvent and fibers to provide an 'E-Z Spread' durable patching compound. APOC® 124 can be used to patch splits, seams and cracks in bonded gravel, mineral surfaced cap sheet and smooth surface asphalt roofs, as well as composition shingle and metal roofs. It will seal areas around chimneys, vent pipes, gravel guards, down spouts, cracks in concrete and expansion joints on roofs. APOC® 124 is also an excellent utility mastic for use below grade in foundation water-proofing and damp-proofing systems. Best product for making emergency repairs or on wet surfaces. Not recommended on vertical surfaces during warm or hot weather conditions.
