APOC® 220 Liquid Flash™ is a brushable liquid rubber sealant and patching material for use on a variety of roof systems. Liquid Flash™ provides outstanding flexibility and can be used on a variety of roofs including Built Up Roofs, Tar & Gravel, Metal, Concrete and Modified membranes. It is easy to work with, environmentally friendly and provides an outstanding flashing system for new applications, restoration systems and repairs. It is also an ideal product to use as a base coat prior to application of reflective coatings. DO NOT ALLOW STORED PRODUCT TO FREEZE
