APOC® 274 Cool-Tan Premium Elastomeric Roof Coating is a highly flexible and durable acrylic roof coating. This coating provides a tan finish, yet still provides exceptional reflectance properties which reflect heat and UV rays away from your roof. Unlike standard tan colors, APOC® 274 contains special pigments and UV blockers which allow it to exceed the codes and standards for cool roofing products. APOC® 274 meets CRRC, Energy Star, and other codes and standards. It expands and contracts with roof movement to resist damage, lowers roof temperatures and helps to reduce energy usage and cooling costs.
