APOC® 103 Fast Dry Asphalt Primer is a professional grade primer formulated with a high penetrating solvent and select asphalt. It is designed to promote superior adhesion of roofing materials. APOC® 103 can be used to prime newly laid concrete or cement decks, gypsum, masonry thermal insulation and weathered roofing prior to applying built-up roofing. APOC® 103 can also be applied to weathered roofing prior to application of black or reflective coatings. Allow primer to cure 30 days prior to application of reflective coatings.
